TERMS OF SERVICE: AZARINEGUARD
Effective Date: February 07, 20261. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT
The following terms and conditions, together with any documents and/or additional terms they expressly incorporate by reference including, without limitation, our Privacy Policy, constitute a legal agreement and are entered into by and between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “Licensee”) and AzarineGuard (“we,” “us,” or “our”). BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU:- Accept and agree to be bound and comply with this Agreement;
- Represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract;
- Agree that if you access the service from a jurisdiction where it is not permitted, you do so at your own risk.
2. UPDATES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may revise this Agreement and the Service content at any time without notice. All such revisions are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website or Service following the posting of a revised Agreement means that you accept and agree to the changes.3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
AzarineGuard provides a paid Lua whitelisting and script protection service. Our system coordinates with Discord (for authentication/management) and Roblox (for script execution). We do not guarantee that our service will always be compatible with future updates to Discord or Roblox, though we strive to maintain functionality.4. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
AzarineGuard is a paid service.- Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion unless required by law.
- Billing: Failure to pay or a payment dispute (chargeback) will result in the immediate termination of your whitelist access and permanent blacklisting of your account.
5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accuracy: You must ensure all information provided (including Discord IDs and Roblox identifiers) is correct, current, and complete.
- Security: Any username, password, or API key provided to you must be treated as confidential. You are responsible for any unauthorized access or password misuse.
- Reporting: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You are strictly prohibited from attempting to circumvent or violate the security of AzarineGuard, including but not limited to:- Flooding, spamming, or performing DDoS attacks on API endpoints;
- Interfering with the operation of the Website or the servers in which the Service is hosted;
- Performing security scans, “stress tests,” or penetration tests on our network without written consent;
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, pirate, bypass, or “crack” any scripts or binaries protected by AzarineGuard;
- Selling, “leaking,” or distributing whitelisted access to unauthorized third parties;
- Helping or encouraging others to perform any of the above.
7. COMPLIANCE WITH THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Your use of AzarineGuard must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Discord Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any actions taken against your account by Roblox or Discord (e.g., bans or deletions) resulting from your use of our tools or the scripts you protect with them.8. ENFORCEMENT AND TERMINATION
If you perform or help others perform any of the prohibited activities, we reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including but not limited to:- Suspending or terminating your access to the service without refund;
- Deleting or disabling any script/whitelist you have created;
- Blacklisting your IP address and hardware ID (HWID) from our network;
- Disclosing your information to law enforcement or relevant third parties if required.
